Last week, DEA agents seized a quarter ounce of medical marijuana on its way from the Flathead Valley to Missoula, Montana via UPS. The caregiver and the patient were registered and complying with the rules of Montana's state medical marijuana program. So far, no federal charges have been filed, but the patient's medicine was confiscated (stolen).
