XBox Live had some issues over the holidays with the massive influx of new users. Some people could not access the service and so they are now sueing Microsoft for damages.
Wait...A game server is down and you're damaged? I guess they had nothing else to do if they can't play online. For God's sake...read a friggin' book!!!

Researchers made 102 phone calls to IRS employees and posed as computer help desk workers. They asked for their user names and to change their passwords to one they suggested. Out of 102 people, 61 complied.
The good news is at 60% that's 11% better than 6 years ago!!! Way to go IRS..by the year 2010 maybe we can get it down to only HALF of your employees being idiots!

This video is from the AGT Season 2 finale with some of the failed acts singing "We Are the Champions" by Queen. It was LIVE and contained folks that got X'd off previously for being totally ridiculous, as well as some so-so talented folks that just didn't make it.
I actually liked the Sax guy, and the big black woman in red is actually a male comedian..not a singer. The flaming pogo stick was sweet too!

What's more blue than the ocean! Lassen is one of my favorite artists. I visited one of his galleries in Maui and was very impressed with one picture that was both a day and night scene in one depending on the lighting in the room! Anyway...the majority of his work is underwater and therefor very blue. :)
