General translation:
- Grab the middle with your left hand and hold onto both layers of cloth.
- With your right hand grab the shoulder about here in line with your left (refer to this step when deciding where to put your left hand initially)
-Pull your right hand over your left and grab the bottom of the Tshirt the same distance in from the edge.
-Pull your left hand through and out of the muddle and you get to the mid air stage - from here it doesnt take a rocket scientist to see what you need to do.
