Ten Things You Need to Know to Live on the Streets Posted: 4 months ago by psycmoe
For millions of Americans, the housing crisis began well before last year's front-page collapse. As the crisis unfolds, the number of homeless will grow. Have any additional advice?

Teenagers ruthlessly kill helpless baby owl Posted: 6 months ago by psycmoe
This was in the news this morning, and royally ruined my entire day

The fledgling barred owl was huddled in a hollow tree in Eureka's Sequoia Park, peering out at passersby who strolled along the nearby park road.

Onlookers notified wildlife officials about the young owl's location on Wednesday, and would later report the bird appeared healthy but anxious as it clacked its beak in the forest understory, warning anyone who approached to stay away.
