The Champ with little Ricky Schroder in it. its older like 1976 or so but I remember watching it when i was 7-8 years old and bawlin me eyes out when his dad dies. then i watched it again in me late 20's and sure enough, like a little girl with a skinned knee.

The Notebook depresses me. Very sad. Good, but sad.

Also probably the only movie labeled a Romance that I like.

I thought it was also law that real men can only cry in their own garages while being alone.

I'm going to put this one one oot there, but I cried my little 6 year old eyes oot when optimus Prime died in the original animated Tranformers movie. Though, the new live-action film get's me so excited to the point of welling up.

I FLIPPIN' LOVE TRANSFORMERS AND I DON'T CARE WHO KNOWS IT!

Real men would never watch The Crying Game. (Any movie with crying in the title is either a chick flick or a western. This aint a western)

Real men are allowed to openly cry tears at Brian's Song (the original ONLY), weeping is still forbidden.

Real men in training are also allowed to feel a little emotional at Ole Yeller, as long as the don't bawl like a little girl.

Violations of the MAN CODE (c) when you were 6 (and still under the influence of MOM) doesn't count against real men status, as long as you do not BRAG about it as a man. Since you did you are hereby declared sissy-boy until you properly atone: Your penance is drink a 6-pack via shotgunning and memorize the likes and dislikes of the last 12 playmates.

It is OK to feel depressed at a movie like that, as long as there is no crying on your part. The object is to make HER cry and feel vulnerable and appear the BIG, STRONG MAN she can cling to while she "emotes". (BTW, it works best if she "emotes" naked.)

There is no penance for this kind of unmanly behavior! Never bring it up again and we will pretend this discussion never happened (as outlined in the Code).
