Make Uwe Boll Stop
An internet petition requesting that Uwe Boll stop making his awful movies attracted 18,000 signatures. When asked if this would affect him in any way he said that was not enough. Further, he specified the number that would count - 1,000,000.

I think it's fair to conclude that beyond never having played the games he has bastardised into his movies, he has also it would seem never heard of the internet.

I actually signed the petition over a year ago, unfortunately it did no good.

Currently in production:

Bloodrayne 3 (yes three)
Alone in the Dark 2
Zombie Massacre (Based on a Wii game)
Far Cry

I remember renting Bloodrayne, the best thing about it was "dinner with Uwe" where his only two fans, obviously paid by Uwe, sit down for an elegant dinner consisting of Chinese take out, a bottle of New Jersey's finest Cold Duck (still had the price tag on it from the 7-11), plastic campaign "glasses" and a can of Mountain Dew, because Uwe obviously doesn't like the taste of Cold Duck. These two nut bars then begin to flatter and fawn over Uwe as if he were some master director like Akira Kurosawa, Sergio Leone, Tim Burton, or Stephen Spielberg. I cried, I was laughing so hard. Sadly, it was the best part of the entire movie renting experience.

When I posted this it was at about 50,000. Now it's just gone over 70,000.

As the saying goes in the movie industry, you're only as good as your last movie. The best thing people can do to put a stop to Boll is to not see his stuff.

I was number 80813. There's hope!
And yeah, Bloodrayne was really ruined. One of my favorite videogames... such a shame.
