Well, I guess I should clarify that by "flag", I really mean "vinyl beaver thing".

Interesting, how one can get diverted.
I started with blues, and then at a point started to add more rock (unfortunately they don't have any Toy Dolls, or too many other punk rock bands I know), and somehow found Garbarek on it, so there came Philip Glass and Ravi Shankar as well. And then came the Swingle Sisters, where I have found Bella Ciao, so I started to look for Ay Cubano, Varsavjanka and Bandeira Rossa as well, not finding them on the place I opted for things like "El Pueblo Unido Jams Ser Vencido" and the "16 tons". Now with Victor Jara and Pete Seeger the list starts to turn real pinko. Yep. Looks like I see a white house and I want to paint it red, but that's just a coincidence.

In theory you can add only 3 songs from each group, but sometimes you get lucky. for example
Canned Heat and John Lee Hooker are at least 4 different ways represented, which is at least 12 songs.

I noticed that too. You can add 6 of Jimi to your mix too thanks to the experience and a band of gypsies. Janis will get you 3 and Big Brother and the Holding company will get you 3 more. And on and on.

Mostly old school and very eclectic, but songs that make me want to lay on the floor with a pair of headphones and drift away to memories.

Excellent list, TP! The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald is one of my all time favorite songs.
