This is "Wing" ...Made famous by an episode of South Park although she had CD's out long before Matt and Trey ripped on her.

I figured if you knew her face you'd laugh and STILL open it knowing it was a joke and not be able to resist. It's like a train wreck..it's horrible, but you can't stop from looking!
