I don't think it's Dutch, it's just...strange.
The chocolate doesn't go with the grilled lettuce by the way, but I cannot leave out chocolate when i'm asked about my favorite food.

The grilled lettuce:
it's these little things they call "little gems",
I cut them in half, and drip some oil with garlic on them.
Then use a grill-pan to....well, grill them (very tasty!)
