I took my son to the park yesterday. At first I was disappointed at what someone wrote on the inside of the slide.

2 Things:

1) Yesterday, I saw a guy wearing a Leaf's hat and it reminded me of Punthe. Pretty much whenever I see a Leaf's fan I think of Punthe, though.

2) When we were reviewing our emergency/evac procedures, I found myself wondering "I wonder if traumamama knows much about this sort of stuff...?"

One of my friends had that picture of a kitty playing a bass guitar as his facebook profile picture and mobase had the same picture as an avatar for a while. Every time I saw that picture, it reminded me of mobase.

No prizes for guessing who this reminded me of...

Oh, something reminded me of D3SPiTE last night. I went to Dillon's (it's Kroger's sexy cousin) to get some bones for my doggies and they were playing a Modest Mouse album over the intercom system and it wasn't soft. I thought, "how many mainstream grocery stores are this cool?" I wouldn't be surprised to hear awesomeness at a grocery store like the Community Mercantile (cause the Merc is awesome), but at Dillon's? Hurray! So it made me think of D3SPiTE because he's going to be here in the fall for college and our town is just so freaking awesome.

Greatest thing ever! The fact that it is in a bathroom reminds me of the suicide hotline signs on bridges.

Guess who I think of every time I see one of these cars or trucks around NYC...

i was at the mall shopping yesterday and saw a joker shirt that Chez used as an avatar. I miss chatting with my Chezzy!

Every time I drive to my friend Stefanie's house, I pass an RV that says Chinook on it. I'll take a picture sometime.
