It's actually not. I was getting a blood test to check for certain issues that could cause OCD and ADHD, and we had the chromosomes checked too, because having chromosomes other than XY would have explained the gender dysphoria and would have put me on the fast track to fixing it.

Really, the only interesting part is that I met the woman who's lawsuit actually managed to convince the govenor of New Jersey to pass an anti-discrimination law against transgendered people prior to gettin the test.
