1. Do we still start a hot seat for someone that, according to their profile, hasn't been on in a long time?
   
2. How long need they be gone before we skip them?
   
3. When they come back, are they next or do the go to the end of the list? (I could go either way on this question)
   

I would say no, but we need to define long time. If Voodoopeacock has not been here in 2 months, we should probably skip them move on to whomever is next.See previous commentIMO they go to the end.

Wow, I'm so glad I'm not still taking care of the Hot Seat. Too much to keep up with. Mad props, suebe.

I was in the shower today, like I often am, and I was thinking that we could recirculate the list. New people would still go before people that have already gone, but if we ever get to an end of the list (doubtful), we could redo Plimates that would like to go again. I was mostly thinking this because a lot has changed since my time on the Hot Seat (moving out of my parents house and getting engaged being a major change).

That could be cool for people who'd want to do it again, there will always be new plimates and all that...

Anyway, can you get back to talking about being in the shower?

Then how about a separate Hot Seat for regulars that have already gone?
