But then youve got Bornbad who came top last week, posted loads and is still only rank three.<br/><br/>Rank matters more than your place on the leaderboard.<br/>I trust the users will take care of people who use underhand strategies to self spam the ranks by pruning the wrong kind of content. (No dig to bornbad there)<br/>That is the whole point of the ranking system. Only trusted users will climb the ranks and it is these people who carry the weight when pruning and so on. The site will maintain itself.<br/><br/>The problem is, that if you have a section dedicated to NSFW then, as the site grows, that section will grow very quicky and become very attractive to search engines. When this happens the name Plime will start appearing in search results when people are searching for boob galleries and such. That is what will bring the site down.<br/><br/>I think the solution is to keep up awareness to the wrong kind of content as and when it happens. The good users will listen and get rid as and when it happens. It's very exciting to watch and be a part of the birth of this website.<br/><br/>On the other hand though, even if you tuck the NSFW links into a subsection of, say Gossip, it would still end up on the front page.  Since they do seem to be popular links, and people want to submit links that will be popular, the front page may end up filled with NSFW links.  That will turn some people away, make others uncomfortable, and block access for some at work.  Also, how far are you going to let the NSFW links go?  Upper body?  Full nudity?  Hardcore porn?  Best to nip it in the bud now.  There are plenty of places for people to get their porn fix online.
