/sigh I am now addicted to ebay. This may sound weird, but it reminds me of the AH (auction house) in WOW (World of Warcraft) and even then that was addicting.

Is there any hope?

I'm an Ebay survivor. You can overcome it, but it takes a great deal of effort and willpower. You have to want to break free of your addiction, or you will fail even before you begin.

Sheesh, I went from Texas Hold Em addiction to this. It feels like the only way I'll move on is if I find something else to take its place. =0(

How long did it take you to step away?

I saw The Happening and it sucked. The suspense parts were good, nice deaths and such. But it had no real climax or 'twist.' At the end it was one of those thing's where you were left saying 'huh?'

I remember the AH. I use to compare the economies of different realms. I also made friends with a bunch of 70's when I started, and they kinda helped me out financially so I had the nicest stuff for my level and could afford just about everything. It was great.

I played WoW as a rehab. It got me off of drugs and that was good. I stopped playing WoW to have a life with Zach; there wasn't room for both and $30 a month is too much for an only sometimes hobby (in my opinion).

Random 'juggalo' on myspace sent me a message... it said:

I have been trying to find an old old Plime link that was a YouTube video. I don't know what it was called but it was totally bizarre. It was this guy dressed up in some weird green outfit with a mask sitting in a metal barrel with foresty looking backgrounds. He was chanting a weird tune that started out like "If you say the same thing over and over..." but I can't recall the rest of it.

Explain yourself and quickly!

I'm not interested in news and the content that use to interest me on the news tab seems to be getting posted less and less (amazing artists, cool websites, basically neat non-news stuff). And the forum seems to be pretty slow lately. It use to be that there would be content from a few hours ago, already on the second page. The forum use to have a LOT of activity; it was hard to keep up with!

The website I've been going to lately has a lot of informative articles and ideas that are relevant to my current life. I haven't gotten involved with the community there much, although I have left some comments here and there. My sister-in-law is over there too, and we have fun leaving messages for each other.

Don't get me wrong, I still love all my Plimates; it's just Plime itself that has gotten somewhat mundane for me.

It seemed kind of odd to me that this film that was supposed to be all suspenseful and scary was called The Happening, because that automatically makes me think of "happenings" in the 60's, which were basically drug filled hippy party's.......not too scary

Yeah plimes been REALLY quiet recently. I've got a bit sick of all the rules and don't post this, don't post that etc. It seems like a much more uptight place in recent times too.

So it seems we only had a 500 piece truck this morning and Sunday Target called me to let me know...last night after I was already sleeping. The thing is though, they left me a message about calling Target back and didn't say about what.

Since 6 people on my team got fired last week, I decided to show up and speak to my boss in person and ask what the call was about.

My alarm went off and I showed up and talked to everyone. Half of the team was called and everyone showed up anyways. It was amusing. Another co-worker and I opted to both be willing to go back home. I just got home about 5 minutes ago and now I can play games or do whatever! Yay!

Okay, I won almost all the items I wanted. Unfornately, I lost on 3 of them because some f**ktard bid at the last 10 secs and my reload button wasn't working. Yes, I screamed and danced around the house in a scary fashion as my animals looked on, but I am very happy.

Um...about me being addicted. I'm not. I can quit anytime I want to, I just don't want to.

awww I used to hate it when that happened, I had to take a break from my ebay addiction due to poverty, but soon I shall return.
