If they come back with that intent, to be a better Plimate, then awesome. If someone is banned for spamming, comes back, learns the rules, and plays by them, welcome.
Trolling and disrupting, I have less patience. If the rules have been explained, and they don't change their behavior, I'm in favor of treating the 'return' harshly.
I'd like others opinions on this, and then maybe something we can add to the FAQ's regarding creating multiple accounts.]]>
