I agree that the argument of passing on genetic defects is void; there are so many ways to harm potential children that related parents seems like a lesser evil. There is no law preventing expectant mothers from drinking and smoking, nor is there a law preventing people from mating if they will pass on terrible diseases, so I don't think that parents who *might* pass on a disease because they're related should be at all illegal.

I pretty much agree with the "Sure" side. They're two consenting adults. This makes them happy. Who are any of us to take that away from them? I would recommend that if they were to have kids, some genetic screening would be in order. But, then again, I would recommend that to everyone.
