That's something I thought of probably the first time I ever heard the warning for long-distance air travelers. Glad to see someone bringing it up in a more public forum than I can.

Yikes. I've thought about it too. Kind of scary. You'd think mandatory breaks that do not involve sitting would be required. I give myself those breaks, but not because I have to, mostly becasue I am paranoid of deadly clots! End yikes.
