now, while the 'what ever you want you get instantly' tthing is a load of Bull, there is some truth in the 'Secret', for instance, the fact that what you think about is what you'll get has some serious truth to it, what you dwell on is what you you'll fell like, and the happier you are the more proactive you'll be and the quiker you'l reach your goals.
