As discussed in the previous post about this story, the lawsuit has no basis whatsoever.

It is obviously satire, the same satire that Carol Burnett used so successfully in her variety show. She made a ton of money doing exactly what she is suing them for doing.

As mentioned by gammerus, this lawsuit will only give publicity to Family Guy.

What is really horrible about this, is the money it will cost to defend such a baseless suit.

The courts should never allow it to go to trial. At the very least I would hope that the producers of Family Guy, the network and everyone else counter sue the biotch for legal fees, defamation of character, and anything else they can dream up.

Let her pay them a few million dollars
