Yeah, right. Canada is less than half of what the US is? We have virtally identical diets to the United States. This thing looks more like someone has an axe to grind.
I would be very surprised if the average diet for Americans is the same as for Canadians... for a number of reasons: 1. I'm sure the different climatic zones from South to North have some effect. 2. And anybody who has visited both countries (which I have done just a couple of times) will agree that there are major differences between areas in each country, not to mention between the two countries.

Just because this graph contradicts Almighty Forbes doesn't necessarily mean it's wrong. Actually, these figures may not even contradict eachother, as they represent data gathered at different times. The main graph, on Wikipedia, were "published, collected or compiled... from 1996 to 2003". The data on Forbes was "based on the most recent estimates by the World Health Organization", which were released in 2006.
