I used to believe that chicken pox were actually called "chicken pops" and you could get them from the ice cream man. I always wanted one.

I used to beleive that a camera sucked in a tiny layer of colour off everything when the button was pressed and if you pressed too much you would take all the colour away.

But that was last week.

I've got one belief in there that's on the second page of the Top 200. It's kinda embarassing, because I used my full name, so it always comes up in Google if I search myself.

My Dad used to tell me that the old black and white photos were that way because back in the day, there was NO color. Anywhere.

I can't believe how many of those are the same as what I believed.

To this day, I still tell my nephew that chocolate milk comes from brown cows. Hehehehe!!

This is awesome. I had a similar food one - my grandpa and grandma saw that I never wanted to eat meat and only eat veggies even when really young, and my favorite was cucumbers. SO to get me to try something else, my grandpa told me that if I ate any more cucumbers and went and ate dirt I would grow them in my stomache. So I told him I didn't like dirt anyway.

I still love cucumbers!

Oh yeah another one that made me mad later. My other grandma told me that the bumps on my tongue told her if I was lying. That if there were bumps I was lying about something...

I didn't learn they were taste buds until a year or so later when we learned about taste buds. I was really mad that she had tricked me.
