It seems a good suggestion, except:

She was not driving.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash that caused her death.

Other than that, well, 4 nights in a year is more than some families do, and less than he deserves! How about spending a week straight camped by her grave? For a DUI driver, it will make them think. Hopefully...
