Uhhh... building a "new disabled toilet" will increase the quality of those "notoriously unpleasant" public toilets?

The author of the article clearly does not have the same high level of language skill that we are used to here on plime...

And anyway - you don't want public toilets to be actually pleasant, do you? We don't want people to really enjoy the experience, spend too much time in there, do we?
