Blazing hot ice planet found
A strange Neptune-sized planet has just been discovered, with ridiculously hot surface temperatures of 520 degrees Kelvin (that's 246.85 degrees C, or 476.33 degrees F). Due to its incredibly-high mass, the water stays in a frozen state. So-called "hot ice" doesn't occur naturally on Earth, but has previously been created in a laboratory. picked by suebe 1 year ago

How come they always use Neptune?

Why don't they say, "We found a planet as big as Uranus!"

We must be talking a lot of gravitational pull here, the core density must be incredible.

That was interesting. Hot ice--never heard of it before.

Now, I just spent the day chastising a bunch of grade sixes for busting a gut each time I said "Uranus" and I'm expected to work in a joke.

I'd like to slap the stupid bugger who came up with that name! "Urine-us" ain't much better!

I agree.

I propose we rename the eighth planet after the Greek hero "Yorectum"
