I'm always torn on the issue of whether video games can affect behaviour. I've played them all my life and never committed nasty violent acts. I'm sure they can desensitize you to violence though.

I just don't like that a group of adults that don't play video games think they are the ones to decide what kind of video games other adults may play.

A game can't affect someone's behaviour unless they are mentally unstable anyway. Either that or the person being affected by it is lying and just wants something to blame. Then all the do-gooders and brown nosers have an excuse to blame something they don't like in the first place.
