So now what? Parents have to shell out $58 on a mommy and me movie date so the parent can sit in the dark and contemplate death while dozens of kids leap and squeal and spill and cry?

Or will the Disney channel start a new "Direct to TV" channel for the crap that kids watch?

Agreed, Pixar is great stuff, and Buenavista movies are ok, but the Disney childrens' movies are poopoo. Bring back Song of the South! It's Approved By Jeebus!

This is deffinately a sign of good changes at Disney.

I've been saying for years that, with all the sequels being cranked out, eventually everything by Disney would be "Number 2".

Their quality and originality has been waning ever since Walt died.
