I dunno that he's cheating on his wife, according to this article at least. It just says he seperated a month ago and now he's dating someone else.

there's a difference between 'separated' and 'divorced'.

Legally, yes. But having been through it myself, there's separation in which you're trying to work things out and separation while you're waiting for the divorce to come through.

I'm guessing he was/is part of the latter.

from my understanding...this isn't his first affair and it seems like this (2nd) affair caused the separation which lead to the divorce.
