Oxymoron: a figure of speech by which a locution produces an incongruous, seemingly self-contradictory effect, as in “cruel kindness” or “to make haste slowly.”
In other words, if something that damages your skin (tanning is a direct result to radiation damage), is called 'healthy' per 'healthy tan'... don't fall for it, you vane, shallow imbecile!
