I drink lots of water every day. Each night I fill a large bottle about half way with my filtered water and then freeze it. The next day I fill the remaining half with cold water(filtered) and put a sock over the bottle to keep it from sweating. I usually drink 24 ounces of water a day that way and it always nice and cold.

My VA therapist/nurse says some people say the amount of water you need is based on your weight. You should drunk, in ounces, the equivalent of 1/2 your current weight. If you weigh 160lbs, you should drink 80 oz per day....

I drink anywhere from 2 to 5 16.9oz bottles per day. I'm thirsty! But I now prefer water to anything else, except occasionally lemonade. Soda makes me thirsty and dry mouthed. I always have extra bottles in my bag when I leave the house.

I haven't lost any weight, but my husband did, nearly 50 lbs since Feb!
