You should drunk, in ounces, the equivalent of 1/2 your current weight. If you weigh 160lbs, you should drink 80 oz per day....<br/><br/>I drink anywhere from 2 to 5 16.9oz bottles per day.  I'm thirsty!  But I now prefer water to anything else, except occasionally lemonade.  Soda makes me thirsty and dry mouthed.
