i don't know how prevalent bears and mountain lions are here in idaho, but i never EVER wanna find out first hand. i've seen a couple of wolves. the last one was less than 10 feet in front of our car. it was beautiful and all, but let me tell ya...i kinda almost pissed myself.

Bears are exciting, rarely dangerous.

...I never want to encounter a mountain lion.
