wha..wha..wha..what? Ok..I got the fake drug part..you put in the main ingredient if you feel like, then a bunch of other stuff and nobody knows the difference.

But what do you put in the "fake toothpaste" it talks about? I supposed you could throw some of that "sildenafil citrate" stuff in there....it would make your teeth a whole lot straighter (ba-dum-dum)...but what do you put in toothpaste that costs so much that fake stuff is cheaper?
