what libel/slander (never can remember which is for print or even why we need 2 different words)

Wal*mart is doing nothing different than every other company and individual out there.

They are obeying every law. They are utilizing the law to minimize their tax bill.

There is a logical and common sense duty to do so. Heck there is a fiduciary duty that would require them to do so.
