Those are pretty cool!

I watch "Ace of Cakes" on the Food network, they're always making stuff like that.

They don't look tasty though. Whatever they use to cover the cake looks like the same consistency as a fruit roll up and I hate those.

Pretty to look at though.

GIVE ME fluffy butter cream frosting, I say!!

It looks like fondant... it's basically a white blob of sweet, edible, playdough type stuff that you add food dye to.
