Jesus case before Kenyan court
Jesus case before Kenyan court
A group called Friends of Jesus is seeking to clear the name of Jesus Christ.

Me thinks they miss the point just a bit. picked by buddha 1 year ago

I've been convinced for a long time that Jesus was not given a fair trial
Well, no s**t, sherlock.
That was really the point of the whole thing.

anyhow, I wonder if there are any real benefits to "clearing Jesus' name." What if some countries crack down on Christians for following a "convicted criminal." meh, speculation.

Just follow me on this...

If this backfires, and Jesus doesn't get off, then his conviction will stand.

If his conviction stands, he was guilty.

If his was guilty, then he sinned.

So he wasn't without sin.

If he wasn't without sin, then he had no right to be dying on the cross to absolve the rest of us sinners.

So if that happens, it becomes legal proof that Jesus and the rest of his gang have just been wasting our time for the last 2,000 years.

I hate it when false messiahs do that.

Exactly why I said I thought they missed the point.
