Police are called about a woman threatening her sister. Cops find that the woman is a wheelchair bound woman armed with 2 knives and a hammer. They decide to hit her with tasers 10 times for a total of aprox 2 minutes.
The woman died from her shock treatment and coroner listed it as a homicide.
