Why is this a 'WTF?'? Love conquers all... Sounds like The Bard, to me.

It is a WTF because she started this off when she was a stupid, puppylovesick little 16 year old who was taken advantage of by someone on the internet.

Now of course she is a stupid, puppylovesick little 18 year old who was taken advantage of by someone on the internet.

And thus the WTF. My prediction is that in a matter of months or years, she will suddenly open her eyes and say (possibly out loud) "WTF have I done!?!?!"

And by then will have brought at least 2 children into the world. And last I heard, middle eastern men do not give up their wives or children easily. Sigh.

I wonder what the counselor thinks? And did she still have communication with this person from Palestine? COULD she come back to US? I would think she would be on a no-fly list if the fellow was investigated as much as others on the no-fly lists have been....Language barrier is the usual reason most of these relationships break up. That and simple abuse.....

My mate met his wife on the Net back in 2000, they have 2 kids with a 3rd on the way. He now lives with her in N.Z. Beautiful kids. Love can conquer all.
