You know, since we are watching this on video it is tremendously funny, but if we were in a vehicle it would be just a frustratingly irritating wait for those people. COME ON! You have got to be KIDDING ME! WHAT THE &$%@#!

I can't get to vids from here but from the photo and description I get the idea.

I'm guessing this is in California or someplace where people actually stop. If it were in NY the video would end with ambulances arriving.
