I don't understand the point of super-sized avertising, best viewed from a airplane or better yet space. Makes no sense! Have we really reached the point that we need to advertise to unknown extraterrestrial life?

Once someone succeeds in talking whoever hasn't allowed people like Pepsi and Nike to advertise by projecting laser depictions of their logos onto the moon into allowing it (clumsy?)... I'm gonna write a SCATHING OpEd in my local paper, dammit!
