People like her abusive stepfather no doubt... Maybe we should shove everyone in a big room and have a sane vs crazies battle to stop this sorta thing from becoming the norm...Scary Stuff...

This in no means justifies what she did, but it IS very difficult to adopt. It costs 10's of thousands of dollars, home checks, background checks, legal hoops to jump through and a very long time.

It is a horrifying story, I feel for the child.

when I saw the sadistic b***h's photo I knew that this was old news--in a bad way that is (like the gold spray paint huffer). I clearly remember this story a few years back and was sickened to nausea by the gruesomeness of the murder and I'd like to share the memorial of the victim and best wishes to her daughter:

Actually, I did know it was hard to adopt (didn't know about 10's of thousands of dollars...I'd just get a new car instead), but... damn, I'd think it's easier than the stealing the unborn child.
