the Ultimate Bad Candy Website
the Ultimate Bad Candy Website
If you've never visited our lecherous, hateful little corner of the web before, then let me fill you in on what exactly it is that we do here: we eat bad candy, and then we write about it. We know what you're thinking: ITS ABOUT DAMN TIME SOMEBODY DID. And you're right. picked by indisguise 10 months ago

Circus Peanuts on the list = fail.

The worst candy ever is the ultra-super-sour gumballs/jawbreakers. Who in their right mind eats those? Is there that many people who have gone through some sort of taste bud amputation?

The worst candy EVER is undoubtably not from the Northern American hemishpere and probably Asian.

I've had chocolate covered squid before. Take your jawbreaker walking, kid...

Heh, I live in Mexico, and most of those on the list are from these lands. As an odonthology student I agree that they are bad for your precious teeth, but believe me, those listed are nothing compared to many other candies sold here. I actually like them, perhaps because I grew up with them, or because most people in the rest of the world just don't even try them.
(on a side note: I hate the mexican stereotype)

Yes, Americans can be VERY ignorant and rude. I say this with comfort as I'm considered one, though it shames me in the face of the thinking part (most of the rest) of the planet.

One quick example that just p***es me off... The 'illegal' thing. Why does no one ever mention the tens of thousands of Irish 'illegals' living in the Boston area alone? Or the Lebanese in the Great Lakes region? No... they're only 'Mexicans' [READ: 'Latinos']. There are people from all over the planet here without papers. I realize that Mexico has the highest number, but that's just a question of convenient geography. I get so p'd off about this...

(sorry 'bout the hi-jack... had to vent)

EDIT: I substituted an image from the story for that offensive stereotype image in the themepic. I RARELY edit other's things like this, but it DID offend at least one person that spoke up...

Hey, no problem at all.
It's ok, I've seen a lot worse things on internet, so I'm kinda used to it, I just felt like expressing it. No offense here :)
In fact, I think the other image was funny, you really didn't need to change it, but thank you for your understanding

hiya- i only picked the original image because it was the most prominent one on their page. i simply thought it was brightly colored and eye catching. i meant no offense by it but if it offended anyone i apologize.
