These adverts are silly, but they bring important issues. Stupid, pointless gifts are a product of capitalism. Imagine if all the resources spent on crap was given to people in the world who need help.

More specifically, it is to provide useful equipment to those in need - to help them work their way out of poverty. Not just hand outs of food or money.
