OBESE airline passengers should be forced to pay a "fat tax" to cover the cost of transporting their excess weight, according to a controversial proposal by health experts. Currently you have to pay extra for heavier luggage to cover the additional expense. Obese passengers also increases the airlines' expenses. Is it fair to make the obese pay or to spread the cost amongst all fliers?
