He was pulled him over because he had swerved over the center line before making a left turn. Of course, he doesn't want to pay the $75 ticket so he slanders the police force saying he was pulled over because he's african-american not because he failed to obey traffic laws.

Maybe I'm not paying enough attention, or maybe my eyesight's not as good as it used to be... but I'd have a seriously hard time determining the race of a car's driver while following behind it.
