A person who tortured, sexually abused and set alight a cat is being hunted by police and the RSPCA. Kate Arnol was forced to put down her beloved cat, Bullet, because of the shocking injuries he suffered after being snatched from near his Berwick home at the weekend. I am so angry after reading that.

Plus, only 12 months of jailtime? That individual is probably a sociopath and deserves to be in jail much longer.

Anyone who can do this to an animal would quite happily do it to a human if they thought they could get away with it, the law should take this into account, it should also take into account the fact that anyone who could do such horrific things to anything is probably mentally unstable and therefore unsafe.
