Nice find, I can't believe people are actually surprised by this though. I think it's sending a good message that they're actually starting to recognize it as a problem, but I doubt the organization has been oblivious to this. I think it's just turned a blind eye to it until now when athletes are giving back awards and admitting what they've done and how it sacrifices the integrity of the game.
