The poor child... Will he ever readjust to living in society?

I also think the parents are somewhat to blame... an innocent 14-year old prancing around with a cellular phone capable of sending and recieving photo messages... What is he an insurance claims adjuster? One, if not both of the parents should probably get the death penalty.
