It is written in the constitution that they can say whatever they want. I think it is great to voice your opinion, just not in this particular manner.

That is correct punthe. You can say whatever you feel like saying but say it to the wrong person and you might get hurt.

Edited to add: One time their going to protest the wrong funeral and someone will lose their cool and one of them will get hurt or worse.

Eh, I don't care about them enough to change my words. If they have freedom to protest funerals, then I have freedom to say I want their church blown apart. Now will I ever act on it....no. I, unlike them, have morals and a conscience. I actually value human life, and feel horrible for people who have had their lives ripped from them. However, these people...ugh. They are the new anti-christ in christian form. Old age can't come soon enough for those people.

The filth and hate that these people spew is sickening. I just really think funerals should be off limits. Mourning the death of a loved one should be sacred, and no one should be able to trample that.

What breaks my heart (besides the absolute stupidity of this whole protesting thing) is that this church is going forth in the name of Jesus Christ when this is NOT what He taught. I'm a Christian, a follower of Christ, and it kills me to think what this twisted group of people are doing to turn people from Christ.

I also can't believe that anyone would take their disagreement with the war out of grieving families that are losing loved ones. Regardless of whether or not this is "God's judgment" they shouldn't be responding with hate!

The more the press reports about them the more they will keep doing what they do. The longer you ignore them the less impact they will have and eventually will GO AWAY!

However, do you think that if the media coverage on them faded, that they would move on to something bigger....or actually caused things to happen and claim "GOD told them to". I know then we'd have actual reason to throw them behind bars one by one as they did something. I feel like if they didn't get their attention one way, then they'd turn another way, even to the point of being like suicide bombers. Ok, they maybe the extreme, but do you think they would?

I have been keeping an eye on this post and noticed my up/downvote karma at a certain level and when I refreshed, it was down by 16. Wags noticed the same thing.

iamtoni78, we didn't see the down vote we figure the downvote. I received two upvotes on one comment equal to 16 karma but it all of asudden went back down to 0. No one currently commenting in ths post could drop the comment by 16 or any two plimers together. Unless the two eights who upvoted the comment both took their upvotes away.

Edited to add: Its like punthe said the downvote itself doesn't matter its the fact that the downvoter didn't bother to contribute to the discussion.
