lvl 4 - You have to bounce the first shot off the ice balloons so that it skims over the thing you are standing in but under the top bomb, takes out all the balloons to the right and the two under it. Then with your second shot, bounce off the remaining frozen balloon to get the top bomb and the rest of them!

I LOVE this game. :D
