Vet Removes Arrow Shaft In Dog's Chest
It was obvious to Scott and Kelly Cornelisse that their 2-year-old chocolate Labrador retriever, Remington, wasn't feeling well. What they didn't know was that their dog, for as long as they had owned him, had been living with part of an arrow lodged in his chest. picked by dollyllama 9 months ago

Holy cow. Poor... everyone. Poor dog for being hurt, and I'm sure the owners feel awful that it was suffering that whole time. Hope they feel better knowing they probably saved its life for a second time. (You know, after adopting it.)

I didn't know what the big deal was; vets perform surgery all the time. But the fact that he did it for free is a big deal. :)

Amazing how the previous owner (if I read the story correctly) didn't notice when the dog was first injured.
